However, the experience was marred by issues like an overbooked room on arrival, an uninhabitable accommodation with wet floors, and a lack of urgency from management regarding the refund process, which took a full week to resolve.

We stayed here with my son’s family and had a blast exploring the South Bank Lifestyle Markets. The food stalls were tasty, and the atmosphere was vibrant. The kids loved the adventures, and the staff kept the common areas clean and cute.

My kids wished there were better soundproofing for families with children. At night, the noise from other guests traveling could be disruptive.
